Our Commitment At Belleme Affect, your satisfaction matters. We work with trusted fashion suppliers to bring you quality pieces, and we're here to make things right if something goes wrong.
Return Eligibility We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or style)
Due to the nature of our dropship fulfillment model, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised items
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at Bellemeaffect@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
- We'll review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps
Refund Process Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please submit a return request and place a new order.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at Bellemeaffect.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
